PVC strip curtains are industrial barrier systems consisting of transparent PVC strips, used at the entrances of factories, warehouses, cold storage rooms, and production areas to prevent energy loss and limit the intrusion of dust, pests, and outdoor environments.
We don't sell products blindly. Backed by our 26 years of experience, we analyze your facility's thermal map, vehicle traffic, and risks to determine together whether Polar, Reinforced, or Standard PVC options will provide you with the highest energy savings.
Key reasons to choose PVC strip curtains:
The right material for every application scenario: standard, polar, special, and welding series. Request a quote for technical specifications.
A door measurement and specific application scenario are required for a firm quote; there is no standard price list. The correct combination of products prevents both unnecessary costs and performance loss. The following factors directly affect the quote:
Business type, door dimensions, vehicle/pedestrian traffic density, and temperature values are analyzed; the most suitable PVC formula is determined.
Our technical team visits your site to perform precise measurements; a hanging system suitable for the door structure is planned in a digital environment.
The approved project is manufactured in our own workshop with Poziflex quality; strips are cut precisely, hardware is mounted, and quality control is performed.
The experienced team performs the installation without disrupting your workflow; the system is tested, and the project is delivered with user training.
High-performance insulation at factory, warehouse, and logistics center doors against wind, dust, and heavy vehicle traffic.

View Details →The selection is determined by ambient temperature, traffic density, hygiene requirements, and safety conditions. For factory and warehouse doors, Standard or Reinforced PVC is recommended; for cold rooms at −18°C to −25°C, Polar PVC; for blast freezers down to −60°C, Super Polar PVC; for food production areas, Food Contact (compliant with 1375/2004/EC); and for welding workshops, Welding type (ISO 25980) is advised. The Pozitif Servis team listens to your needs, analyzes your facility's thermal map and vehicle traffic, and determines the most suitable formula.
With proper material selection and installation, a lifespan of 3 to 7 years is expected under normal conditions. Traffic intensity, UV exposure, and cleaning frequency directly affect its lifespan. Thanks to the modular design, a single worn strip can be easily replaced without dismantling the entire system, significantly lowering the total cost of ownership.
Yes. In industrial doorway applications, heavy-duty PVC strips that are thicker and more UV-resistant than standard indoor strips are used. On doors exposed to wind, the overlap ratio is increased to lock the strips tightly together. For forklift traffic, a width of 30–40 cm and a minimum thickness of 3 mm are recommended.
Yes. Food Contact Standard PVC Strip complies with EU Directives 1375/2004/EC and EU/10/2011, and can be safely used in food, pharmaceutical, and medical device production areas. Our certified products meet HACCP and GMP requirements. Copies of certificates can be provided for projects requiring documentation.
For a standard door, professional installation is typically completed within half a day, ensuring your workflow is not disrupted. Products are shipped ready for installation, with pre-punched holes and hardware attached. Your own technical staff can also install them; however, for correct overlap and hanging adjustments, support from the Pozitif Servis installation team is recommended. Site measurements are performed under our free survey and projecting service.
Strips can be periodically wiped down with warm water and a mild detergent; solvents or abrasive chemicals must not be used. Hanging tracks and connection points should be checked once a year, and any loose screws tightened. In cold room applications, the area around the door should be cleaned regularly to prevent moisture and ice buildup.
The fixed hanging system is the most economical and long-lasting choice for areas where traffic is continuous and no moving mechanism is required — strips close by gravity after a person or vehicle passes. A sliding system is used when the curtain needs to be pushed entirely to one side for crane or large cargo passages. The accordion system allows the curtain to fold and compress to the side in narrow spaces, requiring a free depth of at least 30 cm.
For an accurate and quick quote, the following details are sufficient: door dimensions (width × height), application area (cold room, warehouse, exterior facade, welding workshop, etc.), vehicle/pedestrian traffic intensity, and any special requirements (food certificate, anti-static, welding type). You can share photos and measurements via WhatsApp to receive a quote on the same day.
